All products are thoroughly checked and securely packed before dispatch to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and seals intact.
Products with opened seals, signs of use, or damage will not be eligible for exchange or return.
Color variations due to lighting or screen differences will not be considered a valid reason for return.
Exchange & Return Policy
Exchange Window: Items can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery.
The product must be unworn, undamaged, and sealed as received.
Any item with broken seals or physical damage will not be accepted for exchange.
Return & Refund: Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may take additional time as COD amounts are cleared through shipping partners before being refunded to the customer.
